Before reporting

Many issues are caused by unusual websites, blocked downloads, preview images, or missing file extensions. Try refreshing the page and repeating the action once before reporting.

What to include

The most useful bug reports include:

  • The website where the issue happened
  • What you were trying to do
  • The format you selected
  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened
  • Your browser version
  • Your operating system
  • A screenshot, if helpful

Helpful examples

Good bug report

“I tried to save a WebP image as JPG from an AI image tool. The download started, but the file had no extension and would not open. I’m using Chrome on macOS.”

Less useful bug report

“It does not work.”

Privacy note

Do not send private files, passwords, account pages, or sensitive screenshots.
